Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 24/05/2026

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the provision of mixing, mastering and audio post-production services by Oscar Jesús Paredes Santos and Marc Modena, jointly trading as Stitos Mastering Studio (hereinafter "the Provider"), with an online base in Tangier, Morocco (90100), and the client who engages those services (hereinafter "the Client").

Contact: contact@stitosmastering.com · +212 625 785 073.

2. Scope

The Provider offers professional mixing, mastering (including stem mastering) and related audio services. The exact scope of each engagement (tracks, delivery formats, deadlines and price) will be agreed in writing between the parties — by email, WhatsApp message or formal quote — before any work begins.

3. Order process

  1. The Client submits their request via the website form or by email.
  2. The Provider issues a quote with scope, price and estimated lead time.
  3. The Client accepts the quote in writing, which constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
  4. The Client uploads the audio material per the technical guidelines (see §5).
  5. The Provider delivers the results within the agreed lead time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are agreed in each quote and expressed, unless otherwise stated, in Euros (€) or US Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods will be specified in the quote and may include international bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or other standard channels.

Unless agreed otherwise, the Provider may require a deposit before starting work. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final high-quality files.

5. Material to be delivered by the Client

The Client agrees to deliver the audio material meeting the following requirements:

The Client warrants that they own or are lawfully entitled to use and modify the delivered material. The Provider accepts no liability for third-party claims relating to ownership or rights in the submitted works.

6. Lead times

The standard lead time is 3 to 7 business days per project, counted from receipt of correct material and, where applicable, the deposit. Exact times are specified in the quote. Rush projects may carry a surcharge.

7. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed, the price includes 2 rounds of revisions per track. Each round must be sent in a single consolidated message including all the requested changes.

Additional revisions will be billed separately at the then-current rate. Revisions must be requested within a maximum of 14 calendar days from delivery of each version; after that period, the work is deemed accepted.

8. Deliverables and final formats

The Provider will deliver, as set out in the quote, the final files in the agreed formats (WAV master at 16/24 bits, reference MP3, streaming-ready versions, etc.) via WeTransfer, Google Drive or an equivalent service.

9. Intellectual property

The Client retains, at all times, ownership of the copyright in their compositions and recordings. Upon full payment, the Client receives an unlimited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence over the final mixed or mastered files, for any commercial and non-commercial use.

The Provider reserves the right to use short excerpts of the work for promoting its portfolio (website, social media, demos), unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before delivery.

10. Confidentiality

The Provider will treat all material and commercial information received from the Client as confidential and will not share it with third parties other than the providers strictly required (see Privacy Policy) or when required by law.

11. Cancellation and refunds

If the Client cancels an engagement before the Provider has started the work, 100% of any deposit paid will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the portion corresponding to the work done will be deducted and the remainder refunded to the Client.

Once the final version has been delivered and accepted (or the revision period has elapsed without objections), no refunds will be issued.

12. Liability

The Provider will exercise all professional diligence to deliver a quality result, but does not guarantee a specific artistic, commercial or chart outcome. In any event, the Provider's liability towards the Client is limited to the amount actually paid for the engagement in question.

The Provider is not liable for delays or incidents caused by force majeure, third-party service failures (email, file transfer, hosting), or incomplete or incorrect information or material provided by the Client.

13. Data protection

The processing of the Client's personal data is governed by the site's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

14. Changes

The Provider may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version applicable to each engagement will be the one in force at the time the quote is accepted.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will first be sought to be resolved in good faith between the parties and, failing that, will be submitted to the competent courts of Tangier, Morocco, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights granted to the Client in their habitual country of residence.
